Where can I find free foreclosure listing with access to every information?
I am trying to find free foreclosure listing in the state of Texas (San Antonio) where I can have access to all the information, including photos, without having to register or pay for. Can anyone help me???
Get a Realtor and they can provide it to you through the multiple listing service, for free.
Otherwise, a site that like doesn’t exist for free.
There is little if anything you are gonna find that is completely free.
Depending on your reason for getting the list would depend on what you are willing to pay or what you get.
If all you want to do is purchase a place for you and your family to reside in then you should contact a local real estate agent for this information.
If you are interesting in a foreclosure list for investment purposes then you would have to make arrangements with a foreclosure list manager for current up to date list of the local foreclosure in your. This is the most economical way to obtain the list for this purpose.
The other way is to go to the county recorder’s and research the information you are seeking. I think most recording offices charge for this information as well as this method is time consuming.
You might find a few government web sites that might offer a free list, but the information might be suspect, there are few pictures and normally you would have to contact the listing real estate agent.
